ABOUT MINDWAY

At Mindway, we understand what it takes to transform an idea from conception to a qualified product. This understanding inspired us to establish the company in 2005, building on the design and consulting legacy of ACIS-Siscad, which began in 1984. From the outset, our goal has been to collaborate closely with our customers, offering our experience, skills, and a trusted, dedicated approach.
Our headquarters are in Settimo Milanese, near Milan, in the northwestern industrial area. We expanded with a branch office in Cosenza in 2022 and another in Messina in 2024. As a growing, privately held company, we focus on delivering services, products, IP cores, and custom or specification-based complete mechanical-hardware-software design and development.

We have been a historical partner of Xilinx (now AMD) since 1986, acting as an Authorized Training Provider (ATP) in Italy and Southern Europe. We provide training and support across languages, technologies, and applications. We have developed over 50 IP cores for FPGA and ASIC applications, particularly in aerospace, broadcasting, and telecommunications.
With nearly 40 years of design and development experience, we have expertise in various fields, including aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial, medical, railways, semiconductors, security, science, and telecom. Our design approach combines technical skills, capabilities, and methodological know-how to ensure the most accurate and formal implementation of IP cores and complete electronic projects.

MICHELE CORVO

Co-Founder, Administrator, Sales & Marketing Manager

Michele began his engineering career with Aeritalia (now Leonardo). He worked in Aeritalia-Alenia for more than 10 years, designing avionic equipment for aircraft and helicopter application. He moved to EDA world at the beginning of 1999, as FAE, first in Summit Design and after in Innoveda (now Mentor Graphics-Siemens). In 2001 he joined Synplicity company through Siscad ( a specialized EDA distributor), as Sales Manager, and in 2004 he founded Edaway with Antonio Marino, continuing to deal with EDA world in Italy and in the Southern Europe, but also to make a solution and service oriented company for the electronic and embedded market.

ANTONIO MARINO

Co-Founder, Administrator & Technical Manager

Antonio's engineer career started more than 30 years ago in ST Microlectronics and continued as FAE in Siscad for more than 10 years, supporting EDA tools as Very Best and Synplicity. In 2004 he founded Edaway with Michele Corvo, to continue to support customers in Italy and in the rest of Southern Europe for FPGA/PCB design flow and methodology. In 2012 Antonio worked to extend Edaway's product portfolio to dedicated embedded software products, like QNX and LDRA, for addressing not only hardware but also software embedded market.

SABRINA BRUNORI

Sabrina began her career as inside sales assistant in Mentor Graphics Italia assisting sales to optimize processes and using “back-office” computer systems (ERP software). In 2005 she joined Edaway, becoming the Administration Manager, coordinating and managing the administration system and general workflow, supervising company protocols and internal communication, developing procedures to make Edaway a more efficient company.
